What is Reiki?

Reiki is an ancient Japanese energy healing technique that promotes peacefulness & relaxation. Reiki can also reduce stress and anxiety.

Reiki is based on the principle that an attuned therapist or practitioner can channel energy into a client through touch, to activate the natural healing processes of the patient's body and restore physical and emotional well-being.

As a level 3 Attuned Reiki healer, I  channel Reiki “life force energy” to my clients.  

I help balance the energy in your chakra system, find any potential blocks, clear them out and restore energy flow.

This energy healing modality can support you in your day to day or in your overall healing journey.

What is a distant Reiki session like?

One of the best things about remote or distant Reiki is that it enables you to simply 'be' in your comfortable space. Allowing you to be present with yourself and to release the tension and stress that has built up through your day. Through my attunement and with your permission, I am able to tap into your energy field and send Reiki energy to you. That energy will flow to wherever it is needed in your body.  I’ll text you before I start and then I will let you know when I’m done. I often have some helpful hits from our guides and higher selves to further aid you that I will share.

One of my favorite things about distant Reiki is that it’s easier to schedule and I am able serve clients nationwide.

What does a Reiki session feel like?

During our session you might feel warmth, or coolness. You may see colors. You may get the chills or feel a twitch. You may start to fall asleep. Emotions might seems to come up out of nowhere. And… You might feel absolutely nothing. I have experienced all of the above alone or in combination during in my sessions as a client and a practitioner. Whatever you feel or don’t feel is totally okay.
